MINERAL COUNTY PLANNING BOARD AND MINERAL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR  SHYROCK MOTORCOACH COMMUNITY PHASE 3 MAJOR SUBDIVISION The Mineral County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 3 Major Subdivision on October 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room, Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a separate hearing on October 30, 2025, at the same location. The property is described as Amended Lot 74B of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 2, Book of Townsites 295, Open Space Lot A of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1A, Book of Townsites 258, located in Section 12 of Township 16 North, Range 26 West, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana. MINERAL COUNTY PLANNING BOARD AND TOWN OF SUPERIOR PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR  MAIN AVENUE MAJOR SUBDIVISION & EDNA COURT  TOWNHOME EXEMPTION DEVELOPMENT (TED) The Mineral County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Main Avenue Major Subdivision and Edna Court TED, on October 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room, Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Superior Town Council will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 105 Cedar Street, Superior. The property is described as Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 2 of Harmon Addition to the Town of Superior, a platted subdivision in Mineral County, located in Section 34 of Township 17 North, Range 26 West, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana. The proposal would create one 21,267 square foot lot.  The property is currently developed with 8 rental living units. The proposal will create 8 TED lots with common facilities.
