ZBR Chapter Rewrite regulates the trapping of wildlife and taking of furbearing animals and: clarifies definition for ‘bait’; increases accidental take reimbursement to $25 for bobcat, otter, or fisher; allows for discretion to authorize use of certain snow-covered routes; and refines restrictions and clarifications on trapping. 13-0117-2401, Rules Governing Use of Bait for Hunting Big Game Animals.
