ATHOL — Farragut State Park has announced seasonal closures impacting the park's campgrounds.

Snowberry, Whitetail and Gilmore campgrounds have already closed, as well as the Willow cabins, the park announced Tuesday.

Waldron will remain open until the weather shifts, but water for the campground is expected to be turned off Oct. 13.

Day use and hiking trails remain open. Motor vehicle entrance fees are enforced year-round, and gates close at sunset.

Farragut State Park also asks visitors to keep their dogs on leash in all areas of the park.
