The State of Montana Natural Resource Damage Program (NRDP), acting on behalf of the Governor as trustee, is seeking public comment on the Draft Natural Resource Damage Assessment Plan for the Libby Groundwater Contamination Superfund Site. The Assessment Plan describes the Trustee’s proposal for determining and quantifying injuries and damages to natural resources associated with hazardous substances released from the Site.
