The North Idaho Kindness Project has issued a call to artists to submit designs for postcards that will be used during the 2026 Kindness Cards Project, which will take place in January and February.

A volunteer activity to foster positive community connections, Kindness Cards spark appreciation and acknowledgement with community members and nearby neighbors.

This year's prompt: Kindness in Action!

Submissions will be made in two age groups — kids 13 and under; and adults 14 and older.

Artists will be notified of accepted work by Nov. 2.

After submitting, each artist should receive an email back with a copy of the submission. If a confirmation email is not received or if an artist has questions or issues with the submission form, contact [email protected].

Specifications for designs:

• Size: 4.35 by 5.6 inches. Horizontal or vertical orientation will be accepted.
• Full color
• Color mode: CMYK
• Resolution: 350 DPI
• Accepted file formats: JPG, PDF, PNG

The outer .1 inch of the document is bleed; artists are asked to not have any lettering or integral details to designs in this zone.
