Welch Comer hires Litalien as design engineer & CAD manager
Welch Comer, a regional engineering firm headquartered in Coeur d’Alene with an office in Spokane, has recently hired Joanna Litalien, E.I.T. as design engineer and CAD Manager.
Litalien has over six years in engineering design and CAD drafting in the land development and public utility sector with experience in designing advanced site layouts, grading, and utilities across Eastern Washington and the Coeur d’Alene area. Litalien has a B.S. in engineering physics from Whitworth University and a B.S. in civil engineering from Washington State University.
Litalien recently passed her professional engineering exam with her licensure anticipated in June 2026.
She resides in Dalton Gardens with her husband, Steve Litalien.
