Wheels-n-Waves hosting grand opening

SAGLE — Wheels-n-Waves, a new auto and boat dealership in Sagle, will host a grand opening celebration Saturday, Oct. 4, from noon to 4 p.m.

Local owners Jon and Tone Stolz invite the community to enjoy an afternoon of festivities featuring pulled pork sliders, music and prizes at their new location, 43 Algoma Place, at the corner of U.S. Highway 95.

Wheels-n-Waves specializes in auto, boat, motorcycle and powersports sales. The dealership is a certified dealer for Mercury parts and service, Aloha Pontoon, Pud Pro Trailer, EZ Loader Trailer and Edge Duckboat, and also offers consignment sales.

Jon Stolz, a Sandpoint native, brings more than 30 years of experience in the auto industry. He was voted “Best of Bonner County” Favorite Auto Salesman for 10 consecutive years and previously served as sales manager for Pierce Auto Sales in both Montana and Idaho for over 15 years.

His wife and business partner, Tone Fournier Stolz, also a Sandpoint native, is the executive director of the Pend Oreille Arts Council.

The couple’s first venture was Beeracuda Boat Rentals, which operates seasonally out of Dover Bay Marina with a fleet of 11 pontoon boats. Locals and visitors have used Beeracuda Boats to explore Lake Pend Oreille, Lake Coeur d’Alene, Twin Lakes, Hayden Lake, Priest Lake and Spirit Lake.

Wheels-n-Waves is a natural evolution of their successful rental business, offering sellers a trusted platform to showcase cars, boats and motorcycles.
