MINERAL COUNTY PLANNING BOARD AND MINERAL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR  SHYROCK MOTORCOACH COMMUNITY PHASE 3 MAJOR SUBDIVISION The Mineral County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 3 Major Subdivision on October 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room, Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a separate hearing on October 30, 2025, at the same location. The property is described as Amended Lot 74B of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 2, Book of Townsites 295, Open Space Lot A of Shyrock Motorcoach Community Phase 1A, Book of Townsites 258, located in Section 12 of Township 16 North, Range 26 West, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana. MINERAL COUNTY PLANNING BOARD AND TOWN OF SUPERIOR PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR  MAIN AVENUE MAJOR SUBDIVISION & EDNA COURT  TOWNHOME EXEMPTION DEVELOPMENT (TED) The Mineral County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Main Avenue Major Subdivision and Edna Court TED, on October 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room, Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Superior Town Council will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 105 Cedar Street, Superior. MINERAL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE WEST MINOR SUBDIVISION The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed West Minor Subdivision, on October 23, 2025 in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex at 300 River Street, Superior. The proposed subdivision would divide one existing 11.1-acre parcel, located off Crows Nest Main Street in Haugan, Mineral County, Montana, into two single-family residential lots. The property is situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 19 North, Range 30 West, P.M.M. Proposed Lot 1 (9.1 acres) will contain the existing residence, well, and pre-1993 drain field.
