Idaho Housing and Finance Association Seeks public comment regarding an Amendment to the 2025 Annual Administrative Plan for Idaho’s HOME, HTF, and NSP Programs IHFA is the HUD grantee for the State of Idaho’s HOME Investment Partnerships, National Housing Trust Fund, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Programs. These programs are federally funded affordable housing development assistance programs. IHFA is making an amendment to Chapter 2B – Down Payment Assistance and Homebuyer Qualification. This change will provide for a pilot program to expand single-family homeownership opportunities through a subgrantee. The subgrantee will be responsible for administering the downpayment assistance program. An RFP will follow the 30-day public comment period. The Proposed Changes are available on IHFA’s website https://www.idahohousing.com/federal-programs/home-program/ under the 2025 Annual Administrative Plan section.
