Previous standout Montana State quarterback, Tommy Mellott, was released from the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday afternoon.

Mellott lasted nearly a month in the Bayou with the gold and black. He was previously cut on August 26th by the Raiders, who drafted the Bozeman phenom in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
