Trystan Alexander Gauthier-Dearing, 20, of Kingston, Idaho, passed away Oct. 4, 2025, in Kingston. Trystan was born Sept. 8, 2005, in Pikeville, Ky., the son of Brandon Dearing and Molly Gauthier.
Trystan worked at International Aerospace Coatings in Spokane, Wash. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on cars and spending time in the garage. With a natural talent for mechanics and big goals for the future, Trystan was eager to learn and push himself further.
He was a kind soul with a big heart, always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He had a gift for making people laugh, often with his mischievous smile and quick sense of humor. Trystan had the bluest eyes and a personality that could light up a room. He got the best parts of his parents, and the world is going to miss him.
Trystan is survived by his parents, Brandon Dearing and Molly Gauthier; grandparents Tim and Milly Monroe, Gary Gauthier, Scott Dearing and Becky Rocket; as well as a large and loving extended family.
A celebration of Trystan’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, at the family home in Kingston, Idaho.
