MINERAL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE WEST MINOR SUBDIVISION The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed West Minor Subdivision, on October 23, 2025 in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex at 300 River Street, Superior. The proposed subdivision would divide one existing 11.1-acre parcel, located off Crows Nest Main Street in Haugan, Mineral County, Montana, into two single-family residential lots. The property is situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 19 North, Range 30 West, P.M.M. Proposed Lot 1 (9.1 acres) will contain the existing residence, well, and pre-1993 drain field. Proposed Lot 2 (2 acres) will be developed for single-family residential use and will have its own well and drain field.
