LAKE COUNTY ELECTION ADMINISTRATOR Notice of November 4, 2025, Municipal General Nonpartisan Election, Counting, Counting of Provisional Ballots, and County Canvass Notice is hereby given by the Lake County Election Administrator that the Municipal General Nonpartisan Election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, by mail ballot. Ballots will be mailed on October 15, 2025, to active status voters only. Ballots may be returned in person or by mail to the Election Office at 500 1st Street East, Polson, MT between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from October 16 th - November 3rd and 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Election Day, November 4 th. Voted ballots must be received by the Election Office by 8:00 PM on November 4 th to be counted. Electors will consider the following races for the election: City of Polson: Mayor, City of Ronan: Mayor and the Town of St. Ignatius: two Town Council Members At Large. In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled. The scheduled Trustee’s Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days. If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Successor Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse. City of Polson, Montana NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Polson City Commission has called for a public hearing on October 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 106 1st Street East, Polson, regarding amendments to the 2024-2025 Annual Budget (FY25) and the 2025-2026 Annual Budget (FY26) pursuant to Section 7-6-4021 MCA. Any taxpayer or resident may appear at the public hearing and be heard for or against the proposed budget amendments. The Lake County Board of Health will meet to review and accept public comments on the amendments on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the Dave Stipe Annex-Conference Room 106 located at 500 1st Street East, Polson.
