THE AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1-4-1, WHICH SETS FORTH THE CITY’S GENERAL PENALTY FOR CODE VIOLATIONS IS AS FOLLOWS: UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE OR THE IDAHO CODE, A VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE IS AN INFRACTION PUNISHABLE BY A FINE OF THREE HUNDREDSEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($30075.00) FOR A FIRST OFFENSE, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) FOR A SECOND OFFENSE AND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) FOR SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES.
