Kaye Keppner Williams, 79

Kaye Keppner Williams, 79, of Clackamas, Ore., passed away Aug. 20, 2025. Kaye was born Feb. 7, 1946, to Fred J. and Evelyn Keppner. 

She leaves behind her husband of many years, Clyde C. Williams II. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred J. Keppner, in 1977, her mother, Evelyn Keppner Smith, in 2012, and her brother, Blaine R. Keppner, in 2014.

Kaye was raised at the Hale Fish Hatchery in Mullan, Idaho, and graduated from Mullan High School in 1964. Kaye spent most of her years in the Portland, Ore., area and traveled extensively for several companies for which she worked. She ran her own sales and marketing company for the last few years. 

She and her husband, Clyde, rescued many cats and dogs over the years they were together, either finding them good homes or keeping them. Please make any donations you wish to your local animal shelter or rescue group.
