NO. 1819 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FLATHEAD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Flathead County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the items listed below on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the South Campus Building, 40 11th Street West, Suite 200, Kalispell, Montana. 1. A request from David and Caitlin Hunt for a variance to the side yard setback requirements for a principal structure located within the Middle Canyon area of the Canyon Area Land Use . The applicant is requesting a variance to place a single-family dwelling five (5) feet from the west side property line. The subject property is located at 235 Old River Bridge Road, West Glacier, Montana. The property can be legally described as Lot 006 of Block 004 of West Glacier TSTE of the Northeast Quarter Section 35, Township 32 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
