Polebridge may only have about 100 year-round residents, but it still drew a crowd as one of the many locations across the country holding “No Kings" protests on Saturday, Oct. 18.

The unincorporated community is surrounded by about 95% public lands in the valley of the North Fork River on the western edge of Glacier National Park.

Speeches were given by State Representative Debo Powers and a local attorney, Roger Sullivan, who successfully tried a youth climate case, Weld v. Montana.

No Kings protests were also held in Kalispell and Eureka.
