NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING GAUL ANNEXATION (File No. ANNX- 25-1) Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Post Falls will hold a public hearing at Post Falls City Hall, 408 North Spokane Street, Post Falls, Idaho, on the 12th of November 2025 at 5:30 p.m., on a request for approval to annex four parcels totaling approximately 7.76 acres into the City of Post Falls with a zoning request of Residential Mixed (RM). GENERAL LOCATION: Generally located on the southeast corner of North Cecil Road and East 16th Avenue. ZONING DISTRICT DESCRIPTION: Residential Mixed (RM): The RM zone is intended to accommodate a mixed residential community with a variety of housing types at varying densities within the development area.
