Bonners Ferry girls volleyball play Timberlake in three-game series

It’s the Badgers versus Timberlake in the 2025 4A District 1 final. The first game went against Bonners Ferry, requiring them to win two games in a row against Timberlake to continue their season.
In the first set of the game, the Badgers battled, ultimately losing 18-25. The second set was not very different, as Bonners Ferry lost 15-25. In the third set, the Badgers fell 14-25.
The second game is scheduled for Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. and the potential winner take all game is the next day at the same time.
In their previous meeting on Oct. 7, Bonners Ferry beat Timberlake in three sets.
The home team has won the last three matchups between Bonners Ferry and Timberlake, meaning the Badgers will have to break with recent history to advance to the state-playoff.
The winner of this three-game series plays at Lewiston on Oct. 25 against District 3C, with the victor playing in the 4A state championship in Idaho Falls. If they make it to state, Bonners Ferry will be up against seven other teams for the title.
In the four games leading up to the series against Timberlake, the Badgers were 3-1, beating St. Maries, Timberlake and Clark Fork.
