- A brief description of your immediate family     

I am a native Idahoan. I have lived in Wallace for 45 years. I was a business and building owner for 25 years. I have worked in the tourism industry for life. I am dedicated to this community and the future of Historic Wallace 

- Notable/relevant achievements or experience   

I have partnered with fellow merchants to position Wallace as a premier destination tourism community. I co-founded the Silver Valley Mining Association and launched its annual investment conference, The Silver Summit, drawing investors and industry leaders to our region. I worked with others to significantly expand the Under the Freeway Flea Market, making it one of the area’s signature events. My efforts have been recognized with Citizen of the Year honors from both the Historic Wallace Chamber of Commerce and Wallace Elks Lodge No. 331. I also helped lead a marketing strategy overhaul for the Northern Pacific Railroad Depot Museum, driving measurable growth in both visitation and revenue. 

- What is your background and/or relevant experience for the position you are running for?    

I am a forward-thinking leader focused on preserving Wallace’s history while building a strong and sustainable future for our community. 

- What is your main priority if you are elected?    

My main priority is to bring transparency to local government. We must work together to keep Wallace a thriving community into the future. I will work collaboratively to bridge divides, bring people together and ensure everyone has an opportunity to be heard before major decisions are made. 

- What do you believe are the key issues associated with the position?   

Wallace must take a proactive approach to planning for its future as a tourism destination. I will work to address parking shortages, expand affordable housing options for workers and create more family-friendly outdoor recreation opportunities while respecting and protecting our neighborhoods. As we welcome new residents, I will ensure that infrastructure needs are closely monitored so growth does not outpace our capacity. I am committed to honoring and preserving our historic character to keep Wallace unique, clean and environmentally sound.
