The amendments include adjusting after the fact fees for regulation violations and adjustments to the subdivision fees. The Planning Board recommended that the Board of Lake County Commissioners adopt the amendments with the modifications made during the meeting. The Board of Lake County Commissioners will review the Planning Staff’s proposal with the Planning Board’s recommendation, and all public comments during a public meeting.
