PASCO, Wash. — The Pasco Police Department confirmed Thursday that two people arrested, one in Pullman and another in North Idaho, are suspects accused of shooting six people in a Pasco home Sunday.

Pasco police say just after midnight Sunday officers responded to a reported assault at a house on Robert Wayne Drive near Sandifer Parkway.

Officers found six people who had been shot and began providing lifesaving medical treatment. Pasco firefighters arrived to continue providing medical service and transport those who needed higher levels of care.

Police say the suspects fled the scene before officers arrived.

On Thursday, police said Osman Morales-Salto and Brian Panduro-Valenzuela were taken into custody for six counts of assault in the first degree. Both men also had $5 million warrants out for their arrests.

Morales-Salto was arrested by Pullman police Tuesday, and law enforcement evacuated Washington State University students living in the Aspen Heights apartment complex during the investigation. Police have since secured the area and allowed residents to return.

Panduro-Valenzuela was arrested by Kootenai County Sheriff's deputies Wednesday at a construction site near the Highway 53 and Meyer Road intersection in Rathdrum.

Both suspects will be extradited back to Franklin County.
