NO. 31478 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice pursuant to SB 174 and Section 7-1-2121, M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed regulations regarding the Buildings for Lease or Rent Regulations (BLR).  The proposed amendments include the following: to reorganize Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 into Chapters 1, 2, and 4, add Section 1.01 Title, renumber Part 1 Purpose as Section 1.02, renumber Part 3 Applicability as Section 1.03, and amend language under Section 1.01. The proposed amendment would renumber Part 2 Authority and Administration as Section 2.01 Planning and Zoning Administration, and amend Section 2.01, renumber Part 5 Requirements for Buildings for Lease or Rent as Section 2.02 Requirements, amend Section 2.02 to add language regarding spaces created for recreational camping vehicles or mobile home parks, renumber Part 6 Application and Review of Building for Lease or Rent as Section 2.03 Application Submittal and Review Process, and add language to Section 2.03.   The proposed amendment would add Chapter 3 Performance Standards, Section 3.01 Manufactured and Mobile Home Parks, and Section 3.02 Recreational Vehicle Park/Campground.  The proposed amendment would renumber Part 4 Definitions as Chapter 4 Definitions, the proposed amendment would amend the definitions of Building, Administrator, and Governing Body, and add definitions for Manufactured Home, Manufactured or Mobile Home Park, Mobile Home, Space, Recreational Vehicle, and Recreational Vehicle Park.
