NO. 2836 WHITEFISH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    At a meeting of the Whitefish Community Development Board on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM, the Board will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. The Board meets in the Whitefish Council Chambers at City Hall, at 418 E. 2nd Street Whitefish, Montana. The Board recommendation for the following item will be forwarded onto the Whitefish City Council for subsequent public hearing on October 20, 2025. City Council meetings start at 7:10 PM and will also be held at City Hall.  1. Taylor Hill of Whitefish is requesting a Preliminary Plat with a Planned Unit Development overlay to construct a 24-unit townhouse subdivision in seven buildings. In exchange for zoning deviations and certain Legacy Home incentives, the applicant is proposing an affordable housing donation (cash or unit construction). There will also be a work session with the City Council on the Vision Whitefish 2045 update at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025 in the Whitefish City Council Chambers conference room.
