County driver’s license offices down, statewide hardware failure

SANDPOINT — The Sandpoint and Priest River Driver's License offices are currently experiencing technical issues, county officials said in a press release posted to social media Tuesday.
Both offices are currently down due to a statewide hardware failure affecting the facilities’ Wi-Fi.
In a Facebook post made Tuesday, Sept. 2, Sheriff Daryl Wheeler apologized for the inconvenience, further saying that he is unaware of when the issue will be resolved.
