Libraries to host Hispanic trivia events

WENATCHEE — NCW Libraries will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a series of trivia events at three branch libraries in Grant County, according to an announcement from the library system.  

Competitors will test their knowledge of Latin America with a lively game featuring flags, food, geography and more, according to the announcement. Players can play solo or in teams on their own devices or at their local library, with cultural facts and conversation starters sprinkled throughout. 

George: 11 a.m. Sept. 6 

Quincy: 5 p.m. Sept. 30 

Royal City: 5 p.m. Oct. 15 

Players will enjoy refreshments and top scorers will win prizes. Registration is encouraged. Register at www.ncwlibraries.org on the online calendar.
