Keely Anne Nielsen, 53, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025, at Boundary Community Hospital with her family at her side.
Keely was born on August 2, 1972, in Portland, Oregon, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Driscoll Egner, the youngest of three girls. She lived her youth in Gresham, Oregon, and graduated from Gresham High School in 1990. She met her future husband, Dane, in high school and they were married in 1991. They welcomed three children into their family, Duke, Bayleigh, Dakota.
Keely was known as a fun loving and goofy person. She enjoyed being with her friends and family being outdoors, hiking and camping. She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers. She truly liked to help others and could be found serving people in many different capacities. She was very active in her church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and loved to serve where she was called. She was active in the youth and primaries helping the young generation find their faith.
Keely is survived by her husband, Dane; her children, Duke, Bayleigh, and Dakota; grandchildren, Dallas and Hayes; mother, Elizabeth; and sisters, Kim and Kirsten. She is preceded in death by her father, and her grandparents.
