Connie Sue David

Connie Sue David passed away on Aug. 31, 2025. She was born to Richard and Joanne Nelson on March 25, 1963, in Libby, Montana. 

Connie married Jeff David, on April 10, 1999, in Colorado. Together they ran a law enforcement training program, specializing in criminal interdiction. Connie has been instrumental in their success, and her presence has touched and impacted officers across the country. She was member and involved in the Libby Christian Church. 

Connie was the kindest women God ever created. Her word was, “Believe”, so to honor Connie, “Believe.”

Connie is preceded in death by her father Richard Nelson. She is survived by her husband Jeff David; mother Joanne Nelson; children Nickolas David of Misawa, Japan; grandchildren: Edward David, and Vera David; brothers Richie Nelson; and sisters Theresa Muniz, and Jeanne Lautt.

There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m.,Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at the Libby Christian Church. Also there will be a reception following the service at the Libby Christian Church.
