The Flathead Valley Community College Foundation’s 18th annual Grand Wine Tasting event will take place on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 6 p.m. at the Wachholz College Center on the FVCC campus in Kalispell.

Leading up to the event, the FVCC Foundation will host two exclusive dining events, both featuring James Beard-nominated chefs.

On Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 6 p.m.,  Whitefish Dinner Chef Earl Reynolds will craft an unforgettable dining experience at Herb and Omni in Whitefish.

Then on Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m., Bigfork Dinner Chef Andy Blanton and FVCC’s Culinary Institute of Montana will be preparing a special evening of culinary delight at a private home in Bigfork.

The Grand Wine Tasting and Live Auction takes place on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 6 p.m. Over a dozen local chefs and restaurants will be offering up their best dishes and Summit Beverage will provide an equally impressive list of over 75 wines. The Grand Wine Tasting also includes unique live auction packages, with all proceeds benefiting student scholarships.

As part of the series of events, from Oct. 24 to Nov. 1, bids will be taken for an online auction on exclusive auction packages, including fine wines, culinary experiences and a curated selection of local goods and services. Watch fvcc.edu/foundation for more details.

All proceeds from Grand Wine Tasting events directly benefit student scholarships at FVCC. Nearly 80% of degree-seeking students receive some sort of financial aid, and in 2024, the foundation awarded over $2 million in scholarships to students at FVCC.

Tickets for all events go on sale on Monday, Sept. 15 at 9 a.m. and must be purchased in advance. For tickets or more information, visit fvcc.edu/foundation, call 406-756-3632 or email [email protected]
