Jack Lee Hedrick, 90

Jack Hedrick joined his Father in Heaven on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025. He was born on the 18th of December 1934, in Wichita, Kan., to Jay L. Hedrick and Corine Chenoweth Hedrick. He was the third child, having grown up with an older sister, Priscilla. Their first sibling, Walter Thomas, was stillborn.

Jack is survived by daughters Jackie Harrison (Cyndi) and Joni Beechley; four grandsons: Joshua Harrison (Joy), Micah Harrison (Kelsey), Nathan Beechley (Tamara) and Brandon Beechley (Crystal); and one granddaughter, Megan Beechley.  

He is also survived by four of his five stepchildren: Melody Hebert, Dale P. Walsh, Teresa DeNunez and Alan M. Walsh and their children, all of California.

Jack has lived in Coeur d’Alene for the past 30 years. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Throughout his life, he worked as an ambulance driver, an embalmer, a funeral director, owned a repo business and worked at several banks doing loans and collections. Jack enjoyed his motorcycle, going to a good restaurant, visiting with friends and meeting new people. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his many friends and family.

His funeral will be held Friday, Sept. 19, 2025. Viewing will be at 10:30 a.m., and the funeral at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2801 N. Fourth St. in Coeur d’Alene. Interment will be at Coeur d’Alene Memorial Gardens, 7315 N. Government Way, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
