After a sweltering hot September day, the Mineral County Dixieland Band put on a toe-tapping outdoor concert at the St. Regis Community Park last Tuesday evening. The audience who couldn't help but sway along to various traditional jazz tunes and melodies enjoyed the performance from lawn chairs in the shaded grass. The volunteer group that's played together for over five years now is made up of Derek and Shelly Larson, Denley Loge, Matt Eisenbacher, Dawn Hammermeister, Amber Winter, and Richard Little.
