Notice of Proposed Minor Subdivision    Notice is hereby provided that the City of Bonners Ferry has received an application for administrative consideration of the following:    File #SUB08-25, Andrew & Maggi Foster are requesting preliminary plat approval for the subdivision of a 0.42-acre parcel into two residential lots. At the time of application, the site was zoned Residential A, requiring a lot size minimum of 5,000 square feet. The proposed division would create two lots of 0.21 acres (9,147 square feet) each. An existing residence is located on proposed Lot 1. The property is located at 6644 Nez Perce Street in Section 22, Township 62 North, Range 1 East.
