The Choir of Man, a musical production direct from London’s West End, and Dirty Dancing in Concert are both stopping in Kalispell in January on their respective world tours.

The Choir of Man, performing Jan. 2, is known across the globe as the “ultimate-feel good show” featuring pop, classic rock, folk and Broadway hits by artists such as Adele, Katy Perry, Guns N’ Roses, Sia, Luther Van Dross and Paul Simon. A multi-talented cast of nine combine their hair-raising harmonies, foot-stomping singalongs, world-class tap dance and poetic meditations on the power of community in this riotously enjoyable homage to “the gathering place we all love so much: your local pub.”

On Jan. 23, have the time of your life as the live-to-film concert experience Dirty Dancing in Concert revisits the enduring love story of Baby and Johnny. The show will feature a screening of the digitally remastered movie while a live band and vocalists perform the hit songs in sync. An after-party will follow where audience members are encouraged to sing and dance to their favorite songs from the multi-platinum soundtrack.

Both performances are at the Wachholz College Center on the campus of Flathead Valley Community College.

“Dirty Dancing has always been more than just a movie — it’s a cultural touchstone that continues to resonate across generations,” tour producer Floris Douwes said in a press release. “We’re ecstatic to have the opportunity to bring this live-to-film celebration back to audiences around the world, combining the magic of the original film with the energy of a live concert. Whether you're seeing it for the first time or the fiftieth, this experience invites fans to fall in love with Baby and Johnny all over again — and dance the night away.”

Tickets for The Choir of Man range from $39.50 to $69.30. Tickets for Dirty Dancing in Concert range from $39 to $55. All prices include service fees. Tickets may be purchased at wccmt.org or by calling 756-1400.

The Wachholz College Center is located at 795 Grandview Drive, Kalispell.
