NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND FORECLOSURE SALE TS No: 139235-ID APN: RPK05290000020 WHEREAS, on 12/16/2008, a certain Mortgage Deed of Trust was executed by CHARLES H. DAY, A SINGLE PERSON AND RUBY M.
