NO. 2838 CITY OF WHITEFISH, MONTANA  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON REVISION TO IMPACT FEE RATES AND POLICIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday October 6, 2025, at 7:10 p.m. at the Whitefish City Hall, 418 E. Second Street, the Whitefish City Council will conduct public hearings for the purpose of receiving public input regarding changes to the Impact Fee rates and policies for the City of Whitefish. Individuals may appear in person or submit written testimony regarding the proposed changes. Written comments may be delivered or mailed to the Whitefish City Clerk, 418 E. 2nd St., P.O. Box 158, Whitefish, MT 59937, or emailed [email protected].  Senate Bill 133, enacted by the Montana Legislature in 2025, requires revisions to City impact fee rates and policies. Impact fees assessed for city hall, paved trails, and parks are proposed to be eliminated, as well as the 5% administrative fee assessed on all impact fees.
