Ronan sweeps Browning on the road

The Ronan Maidens put together one of their most complete performances of the season Saturday, rolling to a 3-0 sweep of Browning in Northwest A volleyball play. 

Ronan controlled the match from start to finish, taking the sets 25-15, 25-13 and 25-5. The Maidens’ offense was efficient and balanced, finishing with 31 kills on a .342 hitting percentage while committing just six errors across three sets. 

Sierra Blood powered the attack with 14 kills on 34 swings, hitting .353 while also adding two service aces. She was joined at the net by Anaka Hardy, who finished with seven kills on a .778 hitting clip, and Rayna Tonasket, who added three more. Setter Sarah Templer kept the offense moving with 22 assists, directing the ball to multiple hitters while also chipping in three kills of her own. 

From the service line, Ronan was sharp, totaling 16 aces against only five errors. Olivia Cheff led with five, while Templer added four. Defensively, Hosanna Wilson sparked the back row with nine digs, and Cheff anchored the block with four total.
