Marcus Wayne Logan, 51, passed away on March 9, 2026, from an automobile accident. He was born April 19, 1974, and grew up in Columbia Falls.

His younger years were spent playing sports and he learned how to ski and snowboard at Big Mountain.

 His biggest passion from a small child through high school was BMX racing where he made many great friends. He traveled around Montana, into Canada and to Washington state, winning many trophies. He loved to practice and dedicated his time to honing his skills and in 1989 became the Montana state champion at 15 years old. 

In his adult life he became a chef and worked at Jakers and the Montana Club in Great Falls, took up weightlifting and spent time with his daughter Kayleena, before moving back to the Flathead Valley where he worked at Craggy Range and Blackstar. 

He is survived by his wife, Angela in Kalispell, his father, Les and brother, Shelby Logan, son, Kaden Logan, Kalispell, daughter, Kayleena Logan from Great Falls, brother Michael Jacobi and sister, Krystal Jacobi from Columbia Falls. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carla Jacobi in 2025; and his grandparents, Clayton and Marvel Logan, and Carl and Faye Holm who were always there to help.

His smile, wit and humor will be missed by many that knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
