FVCC culinary students host Mother's Day brunch

Flathead Valley Community College’s Culinary Institute of Montana will host "Timber & Thyme Spring Brunch” on Saturday, May 9 on campus in the Arts & Technology Building.
This event benefits the culinary program by providing a unique experiential learning opportunity for its students.
The vibrant flavors of spring come to life at this Mother’s Day weekend celebration inspired by the forest’s seasonal bounty. Enjoy a flavorful brunch experience featuring cuisine crafted by
FVCC’s Culinary Institute of Montana students, paired with fresh orange mimosas, sparkling wine or a refreshing non-alcoholic spritzer. Begin with a basket of house-made bakery treats and a curated charcuterie selection, then choose from entrées like smoked trout benedict, maple-glazed pork tenderloin or brioche French toast with honeyberry compote. Finish with a decadent dark chocolate mousse or a classic strawberry rhubarb crêpe for a sweet taste of spring.
Seatings are available at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m.
Tickets are $95 per guest and must be purchased in advance.
