Second Harvest sets 2026 Boundary County food distribution schedule

Second Harvest has set the schedule for its 2026 mobile food distributions in Boundary County. 

There will be five distributions this year due to increased demand across the region. Food will be available to anyone in need. All events will be held at the Boundary County Fairgrounds from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Organizers extended a special thank you to the local Safeway store for its donation to families during the January distribution, noting the contribution came at a critical time for many in the community. 

Distribution dates are May 28, June 23, July 21, Aug. 18 and Oct. 1.
