ORDINANCE 2026-001 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SMELTERVILLE, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE 2024-002 BY ADDING A SUBSECTION 6 TO ARTICLE IV, SECTION D, ARTICLE V, SECTION D, AND ARTICLE VI, SECTION D, TO EXCLUDE FENCING FROM ALL SETBACK REQUIREMENTS; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR PROVISIONS; DECLARING THE ORDINANCE SEVERABLE; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF A SUMMARY OF THIS ORDINANCE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. Restaurants, taverns, and night clubs 6. Multi-Family 7. Commercial amusements 8. Truck, trailer, manufactured home, auto, farm implements, and marine sales service, repair, and rental establishments 9. Health clubs 10. Laundries and dry cleaners 11. Veterinary clinics and kennels provided all animals are kept in a completely enclosed building 12. Mortuaries 13. Child day care facilities 14. Veterinarians and kennels 6. Restaurants, taverns, night clubs and drive-in restaurants 7. Industrial and scientific research laboratories and science-based industrial and manufacturing facilities 8.
