Kendell Lei Lawrence Chapin, 42, of Silverton, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor DUI and possession of an open container in a vehicle.

Jonathan Alden Crawford, 36, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for impersonating a police officer.
John Calvin McGuire, 42 of Puyallup, Wash., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor out-of-state DUI.
James Minyard Parker, 58, of Avery, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.
