March 26
A Corgi and a shepherd mix were seen in traffic on West Second Street.
March 27
It seemed suspicious to the caller that someone with a dog was walking between cars and a building on Spokane Avenue, looking in the windows.
The driver of a white SUV was seen slurring his words before driving away from a location on Baker Avenue.
Two trash bags were in the median, and trash was all over Highway 93.
A driver was seen making a wide turn into the wrong lane and heading head on with a patrol vehicle on West Third Street.
March 28
A friendly yellow Labrador was found and held in anticipation of being returned to her owner.
A driver on Big Mountain Road was seen passing vehicles in a double yellow zone. The driver was counseled on his driving and cited for failing to have proof of insurance.
An employee at a location on Highway 93 West complained about people parking in the parking lot. It was found, while some were parked in “not great spots,” they were not illegally parked.
Very loud music was heard on Central Avenue. The caller said it was vibrating all the buildings. It was later determined that the music was not a noise violation.
An intoxicated male wearing a green beanie and carrying a beer was harassing protesters.
One reckless driver on Baker Avenue was following his buddy, who was also a reckless driver.
Two males were fighting outside a business on Central Avenue.
The female singing with a speaker loudly downtown was counseled.
March 29
Two white males in their 30s were on the side of street on Central Avenue yelling obscenities appeared to be on something according to the caller. The men were counseled on their behavior.
Another male was screaming and yelling on a street corner on Central Avenue. Later, the man was still yelling at people. The caller complained because he just wanted to go out to a nice dinner.
Reportedly, a male was “being weird” on Central Avenue and Railway Street.
