Dairy is a key source of calcium, protein and vitamins A and D for bone and muscle health. The dairy group includes milk, yogurt, cheese, lactose-free milk, fortified soy milk and yogurt.

Some tips include trying low-fat or fat-free dairy. If you avoid dairy, try fortified soy milk, tofu, tahini or leafy greens, according to “Heart Health for Older Americans,” by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.

Bingo is on April 11 at 2 p.m.
