The Kootenai County Joint Agency SWAT team is responding to a residence on Janice Street in Hayden, where a man wanted on a warrant for stalking is barricaded, according to authorities.

The wanted individual “has fought with law enforcement” during past arrests, according to the Coeur d’Alene Police Department.
