Daily Bee accepting letters for deployed soldiers

The Bonner County Daily Bee has extended the deadline to submit letters from the community to soldiers deployed overseas to Friday, April 17.
We are asking that you write a short, positive letter to help brighten up a soldier's day. The letter can include anything from a quick thank you to drawings or decorations that you or a child wishes to share with them.
Handwritten letters always mean more and are welcome to be dropped off or mailed to the Daily Bee’s office at 310 Church Street in Sandpoint. Submissions can also be sent via e-mail to Savanah Groff at [email protected].
