Patricia VanSlate, 62

Patty was born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on Oct. 17, 1963, to Bill and Elverna VanSlate. She passed away peacefully April 4, 2026, in Spokane, Wash. 

Patty graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School, where she was an avid softball player. She worked as a bartender for many years and, most recently, as a caregiver. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Elverna and her older brother, Mike. She is survived by her brother, Rod (Michelle), stepsisters Cathy and Chrisie, sister-in-law Cindy and stepmother Perk. She has several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and one great-great-nephew. 

Friends and family will all miss her. Service will be held at a later date.
