Jack Watrous, born July 23, 1959, has passed away. A Moses Lake resident for over 30 years, he founded the Unchained Brotherhood, helping the community for the past 20 years. There will be a Celebration of a Legacy on April 19, 2026, at the Hansen Memorial Park at 3 p.m. A ride will be held before the celebration in the Ross Parking Lot starting at 11 a.m.
