Kelly and Hill score for St. Regis at Dave Tripp

Distance runners Isaac Kelly and Chet Hill teamed up to score all 14 St. Regis points in the boys’ portion of the Dave Tripp Memorial track and field meet in Polson Friday.
Kelly took second place in the 3,200 meter run in a time of 11:25.62 for eight team points and Hill ran down third place in the 1,600 meters in a time of 5:10.1 for six more team points.

The next scheduled track and field action for St. Regis is at the Thompson Falls Invitational April 21.

Lady Hawks feel the pain, enjoy gain in Mission

The Thompson Falls-Plains-St. Regis Blue Hawk girls opened season soccer plays with a couple great efforts on the pitch, playing well but falling 4-0 to Loyola Friday, and battling Polson to a 1-1 draw on their own field Saturday. Both matches were played in Polson.
