STATE TIMBER SALE CR200427, UPPER LAKES CEDAR A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 2550 Highway 2 W., Sandpoint, ID 83864, at 9:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, for an estimated 3,355 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. Prior to bidding, eligible bidders shall present a certified check or bank draft payable to Idaho Department of Lands, or a bid bond acceptable to the State, in the amount of $125,328.30 which is 10% of the appraised net sale value of $1,253,283.00. The successful bidder’s deposit will be forfeited to the State should the bidder fail to complete the contract. The State will not accept bids from parties who are delinquent on payments on existing state contracts. The average starting minimum bid price for Cedar is $1,051.10 per MBF and for Non-Cedar is $228.92. City of Bonners Ferry Boundary County, Idaho Advanced Metering infrastructure System Advertisement for Proposals Separate sealed Proposals for “Request for Proposals – Advanced Metering Infrastructure System, City of Bonners Ferry”, will be received by the City of Bonners Ferry at 7232 Main St., Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, until 3:00 PM local time on May 8, 2026, and then be publicly opened and read aloud at Bonners Ferry City Hall. The City of Bonners Ferry (“City”) is evaluating software solutions that will provide the City with an Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) System. The solution will replace the City’s current electric and water metering systems. The proposed solution should provide and support all specifications and requirements identified in this RFP. The goal of this project is to provide the City with a dependable water and electric metering system, backed with great customer service from the vendor.
