PREP ROUNDUP: Dittman wins pole vault at Troy Invitational

• TRACK AND FIELD

 TROY — Kootenai junior Tyla Dittman won the girls pole vault in the Troy Invitational late Tuesday, finishing with a mark of 9-feet at Trojan Field.

Freshman Juniper Stevenson won the girls 1,600 for Kootenai, finishing in 6:09.75. Mullan freshman Lacie Morris was third in the event in 6:45.41. Stevenson was second in the 800 in 2:41.50 and senior Maddie Murdock second in the 3,200 in 17:15.31. Kootenai junior Iva Hugo was second in the girls pole vault with a mark of 7-6.

LEWISTON — The Timberwolves won two of three matches in girls singles, but the host Bengals captured the rescheduled match at Lewiston High. 

Lake City was scheduled to travel to Lewiston on Tuesday, but had the match rained out and moved to Wednesday. Their match with Moscow was cancelled. 

Lake City hosts Post Falls on Monday.
